Living Healthy by Eating Healthy: Wednesday, February 16, 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm: Registered dietitian Jean Copeland will talk about dietary considerations to make for specific health conditions and will provide practical advice on how to prepare your meal depending on your lifestyle and physical limitations in order to improve your well-being. 

A Matter of Balance: Tuesdays, February 1 to March 29 (9 sessions), 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: “A Matter of Balance” is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. 

Ready, Steady, Balance: How to Prevent Falls: Thursday, February 17, 10:00 am -11:00 am with Dawna Pidgeon, PT. 

AARP Fraud Prevention Program: February 21, 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm 

Useful Tools for Life Planning: Wednesdays, February 2 to 23 (4 sessions), 10:00 am – 11:30 am: Learn how to give your loved ones the gift of a carefully and thoroughly prepared advanced directive and a comprehensive checklist of important information. 

Food for Your Soul, Reading Poetry Together: Fridays, January 7 to June 24, 3:00pm – 4:15 pm with Lori Fortini, Med: Poems offer ways to look at our world that are relevant for our time and give rise to deep thoughts and feelings. Join her as you read poems together. 

Origami, Art of Folding Papers: Third Tuesday of each month, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Origami-paper folding technique is a therapeutic activity that connects people emotionally while engaging them cognitively. Please bring US letter size papers of any color or any prints with a pair of scissors if you do not have origami papers.
