“Living a Healthy Life” is a free, 6-week, online, evidence-based program starting in January. It will help you live with symptoms of chronic illness.
Bugbee’s annual Craft Fair attracts a loyal, dedicated following, and the fair will showcase the beautiful work being done by local makers.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! If you’ve met me in person, you’ve probably figured out that I like good food (good thing I work at a senior center!), so Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays.
