Tai Chi Opportunities with Anne Bower – for new and experienced students
Anne has been teaching tai chi in the Upper Valley for over fifteen years. She enjoys both the introductory classes and those for folks with tai chi experience.
Tai chi’s gentle, flowing movements are complex enough to be fascinating but easy to learn. With ample individual instruction everyone can gain the benefits—better balance, greater mindfulness, improved posture, reduced pain from arthritis, and for some folks, even better blood pressure and sleep.
Tai Chi is great for people of all ages. Loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes recommended.
Sign up is encouraged, but drop ins are welcome. Cost is $3 per class payable to Bugbee Senior Center.
Please contact Susan at 802-295-9068 or susan@bugbeecenter.org if you have questions or want to sign up.
