About Us

Bugbee Senior Center helps older adults live independently. Area seniors visit the Center for meals, receive home delivered meals through our Meals on Wheels program, or enjoy various social activities, educational presentations, entertainment, and more. We offer transportation services and have a social worker on staff to assist with benefit programs. Additionally, we keep a small inventory of durable medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) available for free loans to those in need. We serve hundreds of seniors, primarily in the towns of Hartford, Norwich, Thetford, and North Hartland.

The Event

Bugbee’s annual Craft Fair attracts a loyal, dedicated following, and the fair will showcase the beautiful work being done by local makers. The event is festive, fun, and well-attended, with more than 400 shoppers expected this year to enjoy browsing your goods, seeing friends, enjoying some holiday treats, and being merry.

Booth fee and optional add ons:

The booth fee is $100 for an 8' folding table. Standard booth size is 5' deep including a 2.5' table width.

Proceeds benefit Bugbee Senior Center's Meals on Wheels, activities, social services, and transportation for area seniors. Raffle participants also will receive extra promotions related to this month-long raffle.

APPLICATIONS DUE:

November 15, 2024. Upon approval of your application, your fees can be paid by check, payable to Bugbee Senior Center, 262 North Main Street, White River Junction, VT 05001. Card payments can be accepted in person or over the phone. Booth space is not guaranteed until we receive a completed application and receive payment for the booth fee. All fees are non-refundable unless the Bugbee Holiday Craft Fair is cancelled for any reason.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

  • We request that all Exhibitors promote this event to the best of their ability by hanging posters, posting on social media using the #BugbeeHolidayCraftFair, email blasting your network, inviting on our Facebook event page, etc.
  • We ask that you DO NOT create your own Event page for this event. Please share ours and feel free to post to it.
  • You will receive digital marketing assets to use in promoting your presence at the event.
  • The Bugbee Cafe will be selling food during various hours during the event.
  • Please do not begin load-out until 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 14.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read and accept the terms and conditions as stated above and I will not hold the White River Council on Aging (d/b/a Bugbee Senior Center), the Town of Hartford, Vermont, or its agents, employees or officers liable for failure to perform or fulfill its contractual obligations provided such failure is caused, occasioned or impeded by closures of site location due to any causes beyond its control. Nor will I hold the promoter or owners or managers of the venue responsible for loss or damage of exhibitors' wares, exhibits, or personal property or for loss or injury caused by projects sold or exhibited by exhibitors directly or through warranty express or implied. Insurance for such loss, damages or injury will be my sole responsibility.
