It’s cold, flu, and COVID season, unfortunately! Protect yourself from serious illness by getting vaccinated with the seasonal flu and COVID shots. The CDC recommends annual vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 for all persons aged six months and older, including all adults.
Both vaccines have been updated for expected flu and covid strains for the 2024-2025 season, and are approved by the FDA. The new vaccines reduce your risk of developing long COVID symptoms or serious illness, shortens your time with active illness if you do have a breakthrough infection, and provides additional protection against new, circulating variants that weren’t present last season.
