Dial-A-Ride
Door to door rides are just a phone call away! Many people need access to healthcare and services, but have no transportation and cannot use buses. DIAL-A-RIDE focuses on older adults and people with disabilities. Rides are provided by volunteer drivers or accessible buses. If you are 60+, OR disabled, you are eligible for free rides to a variety of destinations, including stores, appointments, work, errands, visits to friends and family….and of course, to Bugbee Senior Center!!!

ACCESS AT (paratransit)
ACCESS AT is a shared ride, door-to-door transportation service offered to eligible individuals with disabilities who are unable to use the regular bus routes. Call to start an application or find out if you are eligible. Advance Transit is committed to developing a public transportation system that everyone can use. They encourage people with disabilities to take advantage of the independence and flexibility provided by ACCESS AT. The services is available for Hartford, Norwich, Hanover, and Lebanon.
