A healthy you in 15 weeks…We think you are worth it, don’t you?

The next series of “Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less” starts Tuesday, November 5. This course is a 15-week weight management program that works because it is not a diet – it’s a lifestyle. It uses strategies proven to work for weight loss and maintenance. Each lesson informs, empowers, and motivates you to live mindfully as you make choices about eating and physical activity.

All weekly classes are conducted online by a LIVE instructor, fostering interatction between the instructor and all participants. You can book time using the computers & screens at Bugbee, if you’d like! Or you can conveniently attend classes from home using your own device. Each lesson is an interactive, real-time format, so it is like attending a class in-person, and you can choose the class time that works best for your schedule: lunchtime, late afternoon, and evening classes are available.

It works! 16% of participants bring their blood pressure within normal range, and 70% of participants have maintained or lost even more weight six months after classes ended. Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less was developed by professionals, and is built upon evidence-based healthy eating and physical activity strategies. Instructors are Registered Dietician Nutritionists (RDNs) and are trained to effectively engage and empower participants in and outside of class.

Bugbee is covering the full cost of the program (valued at $235) for adults age 60 and older for a limited time! We received funding from a Congressional Earmark grant to provide you access to this program.
